We arrived at 11.30 pm and they told us that "one floor of the hotel had been flooded during the day" and for that reson they didn't have the possibility to give us a room (even if we paid in advance for it). it was evident that there was a problem of overbooking but to know it at midnight is a bit unfair!!!
