Nice hotel but little minuses

I arrived at the hotel and everything was ok until i eneterde the room and the heating didn 't worked. i was very luky (they told me) and give some sort of spare heater wich did not work. one night i slept with the blanket on my head. the next night was ok. food was ok, eventhough i dont like spicy food. the bathroom is with 2 faucet, and for the shower the faucet worked very hard.
