When we arrived at the hotel - they told us that is was wrong hotel(even if all the paper we had received - told us that that we had gone to the right hotel). we had to walk about 10 min to champagne palace garden and after a fiew minutes we were realy happy for the changing. we got a romm with terrace which gave us a feeling a lot of space and a very nice place to relax in the afternoons toogether with ours friends.

Not a bad hotel but certainly not 4 star, a low 3 at best. on arrival we we told that the hotel did not have a reservation for us and they tried to make us tranfer to their sister hotel, the champagne garden. fortunately i had previously read about this scam on trip advisor, so i refused to transfer and was accomodated in my original hotel rooms were clean and well serviced but the bathrooms were ridiculously small. good location for getting around but the area is full of "undesireables"
