Excellent location in the heart of santiago de cuba. it's considered as one of the best hotels in the city. overall it feels a bit dated though and on the inside doesn't provide as much of the grand old style as expected. most rooms don't have windows to the outside and therefore basically no natural light. the view from the roof terrace and bar area is nice though.

Great location and nice old building. spacious rooms but a bit on dark side. windows behind shutters, which i wasn't able to open. hairdryer didn't work.

We stayed there one night. in the morning, the water supply system was broken down and we had no water in the room. we talked to the manager(lady). without delay, she arranged us to transfer to other hotel with no extra costs.

Very good place. couldn't open windows. the towels smelled of grilled sausages. bad.... !!!

The hotel location is great, the food was okay. the intertainment at the hotel was fantastic. i recommand this hotel !!!
