Had to pay again

I came to this old and unfresh hotel. i payd for my luxury room in the hotelsclick.com but the room was a 30 years old red carpet and the hotel needs a reform. 4 stars couldnt not see. when i came to the reception to leave the hotel they said that they dont hav it payd and i was forced to pay again for my bad acommodation. i will try to talk to hotelclick to get my money back. dont go there.
