As stated the hotel is just a few minutes walk from the rialto and from the piazza (though it took me a few attempts before being certain of taking the shortest route to the piazza.) clean, friendly and helpful reception. i had a room overlooking a canal where early morning activity was sometimes noisey though not a problem for me. the room would sleep 3. i had use of 'shared bathroom' but that didn't pose any difficulty. i would have welcomed a choice of more than one type of cheese, meat and bread for breakfast. it is a basic hotel but was very adequate for me and would certainly be happy to use it again if alone. if with a partner i might look for accomodation with en suite facilities. (don't take account of my starred responses.)
