Wasserundichte dusche

Die ausstattung, lage und preis des hotels waren angemessen gut. die dusche jedoch war undicht und wasser floss aus der dusche unter dem becken heraus. die dichteprofile an der wand waren defekt. als ein 4-sterne-hotel kann ich das hotel nicht bezeichnen.
