Never again

We booked two rooms for two nights and departed after 1st the whole experience was dreadful with a very rude man on reception putting the phone down on me when i complained about my room i ended up sleeping on top of the bed and with all my clothes on because after half an hour in bed i began itching so did my college i ended up sharing my bed with bed bugs my college had bite marks clearly visible on her arm it was horrendous never will stay in that hotel again and still waiting from hotelclick .com to ring me back regarding a refund and that was on wednesday and i know how hotels are run as im a head receptionist!!!!

Never a second time

Difficult to enter for handicapted people (stairs at the entrance) lifts are not functioning properly and extremely slow breakfast was just fine except that i had to wait for more than half an hour for sausages and bacon. windows in the room are not closing properly and there is a draft during the night. extremely noisy on the different floors and in the adjacent rooms until 2.00 am.

Great location but hotel very dated

Whilst the hotel is excellently located it is very dated. carpets threadbare and the place in need of a major overhaul. reception staff pleasant on checking in and the morning buffet breakfast is edible.

Dirty

Bathroom was very dirty. we stayed for one nite. couldnt even take bath. for triple room they had provided only one towel & when we called housekeeping they said its been provided in the room u check it properly. we told them that we have checked everywhere its not there so she just hung up. after that no body even called & send the towels
