Overall the hotel was conveniently placed to walk to the main attractions. ask for tea and coffee making in the room - it is free but not provided if you don't ask.

pour la 3 eme fois nous avons passé une semaine dans cet hôtel situé à quelques mêtres d'une station de métro . la reception est aimable ,efficace et donne des informations utiles . la chambre ( 503 ) est, hélas, très petite bien que parfaitement équipée et récemment refaite ; le service dans les étages est satisfaisant . le petit déjeuner est excellent ; en résumer un très bon séjour que nous recommandons à nos amis .

Très bon séjour dans cet hotel qui nous a offert un grand confort et un excellent petit déjeuner! nous avions choisi le president pour sa situation et la présence du métro devant sa porte. cependant nous avons été très pénalisés par la fermeture pour travaux de cette seule station de métro qui nous a obligés à jongler entre les bus et le tram,ce qui a occasionné des attentes sous la chaleuravec nos 3 enfants et donc une grande fatigue.

The hotel was ok , basic but clean .reception was helpful and room service efficient .good spot once we got our bearings but people in general not very helpful.taxi from termini to hotel charged us 35euro on way back to termini hotel phoned taxi and charge was 8 euro .our own fault we should have asked first .lovely city and would go again for longer .
