Hotel muy bien localizado, buffet muy bueno y completo. posibilidad de ir a un concierto country con vena, muy recomendable.

Odeur épouvantable de moisi, transpiration masquée par un désodorisant citronné. la moquette n’est pas un revêtement de sol adapté . le nettoyage est impossible. après réclamation et passage de l’aspirateur un peu mieux mais à peine. chambre vieillotte.

After having a challenge finding hotel rooms for my recent utah trip, i chose trip advisor and found the link to hotelsclick for ruby's inn. i tried booking direct with the inn via best western prior with no success, but hotelsclick was the answer. great price and room was as expected. i had 4 adults and we had adequate space in a standard room. i did call to confirm the reservation since i had prepaid on the website and we had no absolutely no problems. i did not care for the food at ruby's inn or the area, so pickup snacks and sandwich supplies in nearby city on the way in. you will have a refrigerator. staff are pleasant and accommodating. indoor pool and hot tub are found in the main building. good value, great location!

A professional and friendly welcome at the reception.rooms were adequate but a little bit dated. the new best western is across the street but in another price category. appreciated the laundry room and the supermarket and restaurant. everything close at hand. the location at the entrance to the park was excellent.

Wonderful stay the hotel is great. the only bad thing was the snack bar or quick foods building on the entrance to the hotel. the food was terrible ( how can you mess up a hot dog).

Everything here is owned by the same people. this place is huge and caters for loss of your buses which are intrusive and dominate the facilities, particularly breakfast. that said, the place retains a lot of its historic charm and the room we had was enormous and very comfortable.

This is the only "game" in town. it's pretty obvious that this area is owned by one concern and it shows. mediocre unfriendly , untrained staff, rooms with giant gaps under the doors to the outside, horrible food in all the restaurants, and overpriced everything. you would be better off just going to bryce early, spend the day and go to your next destination that night! it's a complex of about 7 different hotel buildings, a restaurant, diner, gas station, laundromat and grocery/souvenir store, mobbed with people. you have to drive from your room through parking lots to get to the indoor pool..

Ruby's seems to have a monopoly on services very near bryce canyon . the free shuttle bus departs from the hotel. however hotel more expensive than one would normally pay for a a hotel of this standard. rooms are adequate. check in not until 4pm! restaurant canteen style and very over priced for standard of food, however there is nowhere else to eat.
