The hotel is really worn down. the carpets in the rooms should have been thrown out ages ago, and there was no shower in one of our rooms. but, the location is excellent, only minutes from swiss cottage tube station. the area is quiet and safe. the rooms are spacy, the beds are comfy and sheets are clean. breakfast is ok. this is an excellent example of that you get what you pay for. i would still recommend this hotel for people who want a budget acommodation and who can cope with the worn down atmosphere.
