I booked this room months ago. my colleagues did so at the very last moment as they could not find a better option. guess what? i have got the worst room while one of them got a room with the park view and the other, a much spacious room. my room was not made when i was given the room, though the reception was not aware of it! i had to go downstairs to tell them the situation, only to be given a room where i could not even move! go back to the reception, had to wait until the first one was prepared because they did not have any other room! other than that, the rooms are of 3* quality, with window blinds, hair dryer, air conditioning, tv. the ones with a reasonable size are ok. the breakfast was really poor: only one kind of cheese, ham, bread and most standard corn flakes; most standard commercial jam and orange juice (concentrate from a machine); no tea but coffee. the location is really good, just meters away from two different tube stations and by a the park; very near the town centre and a big shopping mall.
