The neutor is well located, just a medium walk from the city centre (through the tunnel). the staff were friendly and helpful, with a lovely breakfast. the fact that there is no air-conditioning is a big minus when the weather is hot. close to public transport buses, with bus stop right outside.

Had a wonderful time in salzburg especially as all the staff @ the neutor regardless where they worked were always very friendly & helpful. staff @reception where always helpful re directions to any of the tourist locations & generally they were no more than 15 minutes walking distance away from the hotel. i was travellingby myself & certainly felt very safe walking around all areas of salzburg even @ night. the city is one of the best lite cities @ night that i've ever had the pleasure of visiting & i've visited a few cities of the world in my frequent travels overseas. staff also helpful in suggesting what tours to do during your stay salzburg. i did several tours & would highly recommend panorama tours which is based in mirabell plaza not mirabell gardens that's salzburg sightseeing tour?grayline tours

Die lage des hotels ist ideal. das personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.parkplatz am hotel. das einzige manko war der lärm, da das zimmer an der straße lag.
