Excellent location and service

Hotel is located very close to bilbao metro station with a good range of bars and restaurants within walking distance. gran via is a 15 minute walk down fuencarral which is full of bars, restaurants and shops. very friendly and helpful staff. room was clean and comfortable. i had an internal room which was very quiet. would definitely stay there again.
