It seems to be a mistake to book a room via hotelsclick. depending of the bad internet connection i had made a double booking. i saw it next day after creation and sent an email to cancel the second booking. nothing happened and they charged the sum.

The location was great for getting about (walking distance from almost everything) and staff were friendly and helpfull. tiny little room, but have air condition and cleaning every day. hair dryer not worked. we have safe in our room. our room was on 3th floor. breakfast was just caffe, milk,cereal, butter, jam, honey ,juice and croissant. the elevator is little, each time you have to keep in mind to manually close internal doors after using it. elevator climbs up to 5th floor, breakfast room situated on the 6th - you have to climb one floor yourself.

Excellent location , close to main attractions, restuarants, and transport. the room was very small but adequate if only to be used for sleeping. the bathroom was very clean but very small, larger guests may have difficulty using the facilities. our room overlooked the inner courtyard and was not disturbed by the noisy via cavour. breakfast was limited in variety but satisfactory in quality and quantity, staff were friendly and helpful.

миленько. отель расположен в жилом доме на 2-м, 3-м и 6-м этаже. достался вместо номера твин - трехместный. одна одинарная и одна двойная кровать. на 6-м этаже в номере был балкон - просто чудо. есть холодильник, телевизор, фен, хорошая душевая кабина, кондиционер, что летом очень актуально. из минусов - телевизор показывает одну программу - не работал пульт от ресивера. интернет - только на 2-м этаже работает. лифт идет до 5-го этажа - до 6-го пешком. завтрак - круасан, булочка, джем, масло, хлопья, сок. кофе варят потрясающий, но надо просить не просто кофе - тогда нальют растворимый, а cappuchino или espresso, тогда сварят и очень вкусно. в целом понравилось

We had triple spacious room on the 6th floor, but lift goes to 5th only - no problem for young people. room was cleaned every day, towels were perfectly clean as if new, changed daily, bed sheets were not changed, but its not a problem since you have shower:) tv didn't function and fan as well, but not a problem for us. reception is helpful, kind, professional. breakfast is light - corn flakes, croissants with butter and jam, tea/coffee. had balcon with good view. walls are thin, can hear corridor sounds and morning traffic. conclusion: perfect for those who don't ask much for 2 stars hotel with good location and price. best wishes!

The hotel location is actually the only thing that might be worth staying there. it's like 2 minutes walk from the colosseum. rooms are somehow clean but everything else is actually bad.
