Can't fault the hotel. the location is spot on, near to sights, yet in anice quiet square. on arrival we were upgraded to a superior room, which was superb; large well decorated in tratitional style and a very well appointed bathroom. good choice at breakfast.staf friendly and helpful. would definately reccomend.

The hotel was wonderfully positioned, very central and easy to access. the service was outstanding including indulging my mistaken request to find an exhibition which was already over. the room we had was at the very top of the hotel with a stunning rooftop view of st mark's church campenile from our window. the bathroom had a bad leak which made the floor wet and slippery. we reported this but it wasn't/couldn't be dealt with while we were there. neverheless very enjoyable visit.

The ruzzini palace is a lovely small hotel in a great location. we had a classic bedroom that was situatedon the 5th floor and was very clean and well set out including a small dressing area and very smart bathroom. however.. the biggest problem that spolied the stay was the bone hard beds that made each of the three nights a misery. we spoke the first morning with the reception staff to ask for a change of room and more importantly bed and were told that there was nothing they could do but indicating that some beds were to be changed the following week, not that really helped. we met other residents over breakfast who were also less than happy with the beds. altogether a disappointing experience and a shame because it clearly is a first class hotel in every other way.
