Fantastic!!

We stayed here for 2 nights as a family! we had a family room where there were windows ceiling to floor over looking the airport, thames river and regatta centre. although we were so close to the airport, you'd never know! on arrival it was night and we couldn't see out of the window so had no clue until the following morning what we were about to see the next morning. the room (well the whole hotel really) was clean, airy and spacious.
the staff were brilliant, they were still chirpy at 11pm after a long day and ready to help as and when required, nothing was too much and they seemed like they enjoyed helping. it's not just a job to them. we checked out at 9am on the thursday and proceeded into london town on our return we chanced our arm and asked if it would be possible to have a cup of tea and use they facilities before we departed on our journey back to plymouth and they were brilliant, they lent us a key to go past the door to the bathroom and served for our tea whilest instigating a conversation on how our day had been with genuine interest. we cannot speak highly enough! keep up the good work guys!
the hotel itself is a 3 min walk to the dlr and only 2 stops away from the tube line into the city.
