El servicio al personal es excelente la atención, todos muy amables, es mi segunda visita y es mi misma queja, las animaciones y entretenimiento muuuuuuy pobre, la primera vez que fui como se acercaba una tormenta le brinde el beneficio de la duda, la segunda vez pues super aburrida la animación en el hotel solo éramos como 12 gente en total... comida buena, servicio excelente y las habitaciones confortables
