Just returned from a wonderful stay at naviti. lovely spacious rooms, friendly and very helpful staff, gorgeous location. beach volleyball, kayaking and sailing were examples of fun. excellent service at the numerous bars, snackbars, coffee bar. food was fine/ typical for cuban resorts and everyone with their different dietary needs was satisfied. it is a gem.

This resort was a total disaster. airconditioning did not function well. food was disgusting. drinks lukewarm. never go to this resort!

Das gelaende, die zimmer, der strand - alles hat gaany viel potential. leider ist von professionellem management jedoch weit und breit nichts zu sehen. kein oder ueberlasteter kellnerservice beim abendessen, eintoeniges essen, fehlende infos zu den angeboten des entertainments etc etc - einyig die freundlichkeit der meisten mitarbeiter erfreute rezeption: unfreundlich, ueberlastet, planlos insgesamt maximal 3 sternniveau international selbnst wenn man weiss dass kuba andere gepflogenheiten hat

Nach einer rundreise durch kuba kann ich behaupten, dass das hotel für kubanische verhältnisse recht außergewöhnlich war. guter service, tolle zimmer und ein hoher anspruch an sauberkeit!

Visite el hotel con mi familia y todo el personal muy atento, comida variada, actividades en la noche de acuerdo al presupuesto del hotel, habitaciones recién remodeladas están muy lindas, las piscinas bonitas, la playa hermosa con bastantes sillas para tomar el sol y con cayacks disponibles, muy bonita experiencia y más que era la primera vez que compramos por hotelsclick.

We had a totally ok stay. we were maybe expecting a little bit more for a luxery all inclusive stay. the standard of the room was ok, mostly clean, nice views, not too modern, and the outer bed covers had some stains. we were told the minibar in the room was included, but there was nothing in it! the pool and the beach were nice, but maybe a bit tacky with the loud party music all day long. the selection of snacks and drinks was quite poor. especially if you don't drink alcohol and prefer something or healthy. no natural juices or sugar free drinks. the buffet and restaurants were ok, although no aircondition. they should at least have put on the fans. and like in all cuba: no free wifi connection.
