This is the best hotel i have ever stayed in in terms of service ext. what makes it so special is the family who run it and their staff.they make evryone feel so welcome and are cheerful and helpful at all times. the only reason i did not give it 5* for location is that the surrounding area is ordinary suburban certainlly not pretty and some major roads for the airports. the immediate surroundings are delightful and feel quite rural as the hotel is on the banks of the river. only a twenty minute walk to the train station an, a good restaurant and bar.
