The staff have all been very kind and friendly. very good atmosphere for family, single, group or any. the hotel was clean, it's big, nice room for 2 adults and 2 kids. clean. the swimming pool is fantastic. we had 4 days in the hotel and we will come back. plus you have a free shuttle service which brings you to the park or train station.

Arrived 4 hour's prior to check in and our room was already prepared. staff were friendly and always ready to help. would definitely use again.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations, the staff were friendly polite and helpful 24hr a day. rooms were cleaned everyday and left spotless. the whole family felt looked after and comfortable in the hotel and would not hessitate to stay here again. thankyou very much magic circus !!!!

Had stayed here previously 3.5 years ago when it was the holiday inn, hotel has not really changed since. accommodation was fine with no real concerns, a loo brush would have helped. breakfast was very good with plenty of choice and included in the price. evening meal was considered very expensive at 29 euro's per adult and 10 euro's for children, only ate for the first night of the stay. would definitely stay there again.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean and tidy surroundings, plenty of entertainment for children -games room, tv next to restaurant- although all rides 2 euros a time a bit pricey!food was nice. tea and coffee facilities in room although no fridge. two tv's in the family room which was useful! it is close to the parks and buses pass frequently. tickets for parks availble to purchase at reception. i really enjoyed my stay and think this hotel is excellent value for money.
