Der freundliche empfang und der kofferservice waren klasse (ich wohnte im zweiten stock).frühstück ist für italienische verhältnisse ausreichend. einmalige lage.

Buon albergo che, però, necessita di una bella rinfrescata. la mia camera era ampia e luminosa, ma ne ho viste altre di modeste dimensioni e con poca luce. abbastanza buona la colazione. con piacere ho notato che il personale è di gran lunga più preparato e disponibile di quello che avevo conosciuto alcuni anni addietro.

We have stayed at this hotel last year and chose it again because it is very convenient to the railway station and the ferry terminals. they are both only a couple of minutes walk. (no lugging cases over the many bridges to your hotel). it is well-priced. service is excellent. they provide a good breakfast. the only drawback is there are no lifts, but this was not a problem for us. they provide a porter service to take luggage etc., to your room.

Hotel is in 30 meters from the railway station, it is very convinient. rception is rather friendly, i was allowed to check-in at 9 am as the room was ready. the room is very small - just where to sleep and that all. no elevator - not good. breakfast is very poor - no fruits or vegetables.

This hotel is perfect, when you want to visit venice. close to bus, vaporetto, train and to the main attractions of venice. desk clerk was really nice and helpful. breakfast was fresh and tasty. room was cleaned every day.

Die nähe zum bahnhof und zum busbahnhof ist das größte plus. außerdem ist man sofort in einer geschäfststraße. trotzdem wird man weder von zug- und straßenlärm gestört. leider war allerdings außen ein lüfter o.ä. , der relativ laut immer wieder nachts störte. außerdem war die verbindung zwischen den bädern so, dass man morgens glaubte jemand würde im eigenen zimmer duschen.
