The front of house/reception staff were nothing but friendly and accomodating especially bailey and avilon. they made the hotel experience a positive one.
unfortunately there was a cultural misunderstanding when we asked for a twin room as i travelled with my daughter but usa don't recognise that . this could have put a dampner on the stay as the room we were originally allocated was a standard double but the front of house staff acknowledged the confusion and put us in a double double which made the world of difference. unfortunately the terrace was not available - one of the reasons for booking this hotel- although we did go to another hotel to enjoy this experience.
