The lobby is small and very well appointed. It has been newly renovated and has a Mediterranean villa feel to it, with a charming courtyard and fountains. The small courtyard and pool area is situated at the rear of the lobby and the hotel's award-winning restaurant is off to the left of the lobby.

The exterior design is of the modern art deco style of Miami's South Beach. The building is painted in a light yellow colour with white trim. In front of the entrance is a small, delightful patio area with a few tables where one can relax after walking around South Beach.

The rooms are medium sized and are comfortably decorated with ceiling fans and warm yellow colours. Some rooms are designed in the very sharp art deco style, utilising sharp colours and modern furnishings.
