Anniversary break

Overall it was a nice stay, disappointed that none of the therapy showers worked in the spa and the relaxing lounge, wasn't relaxing at all as a ice machine was being used which very loud also the staff were very busy and no offer of drinks. we also had to change room as the first given stunk of smoke and the shower leaked all over the floor. the second room was amazing but very close to the lift so was not the quietest. saying that i would stay again but request a nicer room to start with!

Excellent stay at the slieve donard

I took my wife to the slieve donard for her birthday. the hotel was lovely, the staff were friendly, the food (dinner at percy french, breakfast in the hotel) was delicious, and the spa area was also very good.

the only complaint i would have is that the bathroom windows were rather large and not frosted and the netted blinds were rather pathetic (you could easily see through them) so there was absolutely no privacy in the bathroom from the outside world.
