A medimum sizes contemporary lobby with seating area. A smaller lounge to the back where tea/ coffee's and light snacks are served.

Opened in 2004 by Sir Cliff Richard, the hotel is contemporary in design, yet maintaining the unique character of its Grade two listed building.

Rooms

141 beautifully furnished bedrooms all featuring "Cloud 9" beds,power showers,broadband and air conditioning and thoughtful extra touches such as salon hairdryers, irons, safe and mini fridges. All bedrooms & bathrooms are in excellent condition and have all the facilities one would expect from a 4 star hotel. (Triple and Quad room are two double beds and not suitable for four adults)

Restaurant

Complimenting the hotel is the critically acclaimed Hotel Bar and Restaurant winner of the "best new comer" in the Manchester Food and Drink Festival 2004. The menu offers adventurous flavor driven cuisine based on local ingredients, fused with the finest international influences.

Great weekend

Have nothing bad to say about this hotel,the reception staff were polite and attentive,the room we had was spacious,large bed,sheets and towels were of very good quality would definitely stay here again

Excellent stay at the arora

Great hotel, perfect location for shopping and within walking distance to men arena.

breakfast was really good and all so fresh. would definitely choose to stay here again.

Lovely stay at hotel - bit expensive though

For the price we paid, the beds could have been of better quality - they sagged in the middle - and our duvet cover was torn in 2 corners - good breakfast, clean rooms, spacious bathrooms and loads of hanging/ drawer space!
