Overnight stay

First time ive stayed at the pond. live nearby and frequently come up to glasgow for an overnight stay. stayed there as it was near west end where i was booked for a gig at oran mor. usually stay city centre. spend a bit on taxi's but this was our choice. breakfast good value. whole stay good value and already recommended it to friends. smoking room was a bit smelly but i had requested a smoking room (i had asked if it was fresh and was told yes). next time i would take a non smoking room as i didnt even use this facility due to the smell and didnt want to make worse. overall, good value and lovely area for drinks and functions. would still go back again. handy for west end too.
