Restaurant
Dining is an elegant affair at the oak-walled Folly Restaurant with its ornate Italianate plasterwork ceiling, grand original fireplace and windows overlooking our landscaped gardens. Sample dishes from our country collection menu, like pan-fried sea bass and braised lamb shoulder, garnished with herbs fresh from the Ramada Newton Park hotel Burton-upon-Trent kitchen garden. Chef's taster dishes come with the compliments. Retire to the high-ceilinged, wood-panelled Club Bar for complimentary crisps and olives, handmade cakes or afternoon tea with scones.
