I wasn't really expecting anything from sunbeach since i've been there before but this time it was a desaster. the food was inedible, all the drinks were constantly finished and the water in the pool was dirty. can't recommend this place to anyone.

Never book this hotel. everything is filthy (floor, windows, towels, tables etc). the food is terrible, service is bad and the people are rude. i did not have a nice stay. this is the worst place i have ever been.

A partire dall’hotel, fatiscente, non c’è nulla di buono. il cibo terribile, l’animazione inesistente, il personale scorbutico. anche se costa poco, il prezzo è inadeguato.

Manque de couverts au restaurant ,chambre pas nettoyée,ascenseur en panne ,pas d'eau chaude dans la chambre ,manque d'information ,je ne reviendrai pas dans cette poubelle,j'ai connu mieux .

L'hôtel est vieillissant et le personnel (surtout la récéption) est irréspectueuse. l'hotel n'avait pas ma réservation. les chambres tombent en ruine, les meubles sont en déliquésence, il y a de l'humidité et la moissiure aux plafond et la décoration est plus que innappropriée.

The price was much lower than other resorts in varadero, and so with that taken into consideration, the resort was great! open bar was very good, very nice bartenders. the front desk wasn't super nice, but they were good enough. they take your passports during your stay, which is a little weird, but you can take them back whenever you want by filling out a form first. we moved our bed a bit, and it revealed some mould on the walls. rooms were large, but not in the greatest condition.

Have 3 bars but only from 1 you can get a bier and only from one other coffee. if you order some from snack bar they come to tell you after 50 minutes that have not that food you ordered :) they serve first people speaking spanish. real bad attitude of the staff.

Arrivées à l'hôtel, on nous indique notre chambre au 8ème étage. chargées de grosses valises, nous trouvons l'ascenseur en panne( apparemment depuis plusieurs jours) la réception ne nous offre pas d'autre solution. pendant deux jours nous avons du monter et descendre 8 étages pour nous rendre aux repas ou à la plage.

Es sin dudas el peor hotel que ya he visto. es sucio, mal cuidado, los baños públicos son un caos total, las habitaciones sucias, las camas viejas, las toallas huelen mal, la tubería huele a heces, el personal mal educado, trata al huésped como si este estuviera incomodando, permiten fumar en lugares cerrados, las comidas de los bares se acaban en la mitad del día y no hacen nada, el área de la piscina es horrible, la comida es buena, pero faltan cosas básicas como pocillos, cucharas, no hay nada que hacer en el hotel... en fin, un desastre completo.

The service in hotel is very poor, everything is old and dirty! we didn't even have the toilet board when we arrived in room. for the price we paid we would expect much more!!!

Its quiet place. near beach. rooms are good have a ac tv but no safe for free. wifi isnt for free. recommandations for persons who dont care too muvh about luxury hotels and special food and services.

The hotel is the opposite of value for money, and really really old. i couldn't believe how awful was the rooms. i only had to spend one night before i leave for home, but even though, i should have spend 30 more euros to stay in a real hotel. it is recommended to avoid. if you looking for a low price accommodation, try a particular casa.
