Really good hotel nice rooms but sorry to say found cockroach in the plates during breakfast buffet nd showed it to the manager.

I have stayed in this hotel couple of times in the past. the appearance of the room has improved a lot and it looks much cleaner than before. the only complain i had was the continious humming noise from next door it could be from some kind of machinory on all the time. if the room is provided in the middle of the hotel it is prefectly alright. apart from this we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it was good location for my work.

Convenient for feltham station & not too far from heathrow, though a bit of a trek to terminal 5. rooms small'ish but cosy & clean. nice powerfully shower & a suprisingly good buffet breakfast, though it can get busy as they have large tourist coah parties stay here. will be staying here again in september for when we next fly out of heathrow & can recommend.

For the price which included breakfast it was a very good deal.the room was clean neat and tidy,i would definately go thro this company again next time i go to the rugby.
