The lobby open up three floor to the glass roof where natural sunlight brightens up the interior. Old style check in counters, the grandfather clock, the carpets are all original amidst the white marble floor and teak staircase to recreate that old world charm.
Restored to its original splendour of 1886, the hotel has been tastefully restored as well as improved upon with extensions and modern fittings.
