Have been to berlin many times. first time staying at this hotel. it won't be the last! excellent hotel. smooth check in. we booked a business class to have a view of the berlin error dome, as this was a special treat for my partner's 50th. i would recommend. large room, first class view. they even delivered cake to the room, as a surprise. comfy bed. coffee machine in room etc. breakfast is first class and the staff offer a lovely relaxed service. free wi-fi. spa area, which i used a lot. lovely pool, sauna, steam room etc. you can pay extra for massage. good location. about 20 minutes walk to brandenburg gate, reichstag etc. sits on the spree; opposite the berliner dome. near all transport links and alexanderplatz train station. amazing aquarium inside the hotel. it is graded 5 stars and certainly deserves it. we will be back, on our next visit to berlin.
