Perfect location beside main rail station. very convenient from airport as trains travel very frequently and are very cheap. less than five minutes walk from the old city square. directly beside large modern shopping mall. food is very good but very western. reception was very helpful especially thomas who gave great advice and researched visiting times, bus times etc for various attractions. he organised a hotel car (taxi) for us so that we could visit auschwitz and the salt mines on one day. it cost more than the bus but was worthwhile as it saved time when on a short break. hotel is very modern and well maintained. very quiet at night. comfortable beds, large bathroom but room was small as we had three beds. bar and dining room very quiet at night, but close proximity to the town centre meant we had dinner and drinks away from the hotel where atmosphere was in abundance. also very good value and only hotel i could find on line with a triple room.

Coming off the train early in the morning in the pouring rain, andels hotel could it have been more convenient. although we were early the staff were most obliging nd we got into our room as soon as it was ready. great rooms, comfortable kingsize beds unusual but very functional bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. breakfast was excellent everything you could want to start the day. because we were travelling by train to our next destination it was perfectly placed. the old town is a short walk so we didn't feel isolated. a huge shopping complex adjacent to both hotel and station for any shopping needs. excellent value.

Andels is a modern hotel adjacent to the main railway station. it offers extremely comfortable and good sized bedrooms and wonderful bathrooms
the breakfasts are very good and staff very pleasant and helpful
it is between 5 and 10 minutes to the centre of the old town and so everything in central kracow is within walking distance.
hotelsclick.com are very easy to deal with and everything happened perfectly--with the lowest price i could find at that time!

Great location so close to the train station & bus depot,old town square a 7-10 minute stroll away.
hotel staff friendly & helpful,breakfast excellent with large choice of food,rooms spotless including a safe and a mini fridge,overall highly recommended.

A wonderful stay in an excellent location. friendly helpful staff, nothing was a problem and they helped organise all our sightseeing which let us get on with enjoying ourselves. the rooms are gorgeous and chic yet a good size and very comfortable, the restaurant served nice food and the bar area was a great place to hang-out for a much needed drink after a long day seeing the beautiful and historic city of krakow.

My friend and i visited krakow in june this year and had an excellent time. we stayed in the andels hotel and must say that we were not disappointed. the location is excellent (5 mins walk from the market square, the staff were very friendly, and the hotel itself was spotless. i would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to krakow for either business or leisure.
