As me and my boyfriend were very satisfied with our first stay here, we decided to back for this vacation. it was more crowded this time (probably because they now opened another part of the hotel, and because of the season) so it was a bit busy during dinner hours. it seems like the hotel restaurants doesn't have the appropriate capacity when the hotel is fully booked. but other than that everything was super and we had a very relaxing vacation.

Buona struttura, praticamente nuova con un vero 'all inclusive' ad un prezzo giusto. il villaggio è in fase di completamento, ma garantisce tutti i servizi per il turista. gli animatori sanno coinvolgere gli ospiti senza essere invadenti.

El hotel es nuevo y se nota en las instalaciones. las habitaciones amplías, cuidadas y limpias. la piscina excepcional y playa caribeña muy buena. lo malo sobre todo en la comida (aunque los desayunos eran salvables) y detalles puntuales. los baños en las zonas comunes sucios y sin papel. el personal del hotel en general muy amables y atentos pero poco eficientes, transmitiendo información poco clara o directamente falsa. en resumen: recomendable por el precio pero sabiendo sus limitaciones (que deben ser las mismas que hoteles similares de la zona)
