In the last 10 years the hotel was focusing also in congress tourism, by adding numerous meeting rooms for every social meeting: congresses, meetings, presentations. Exterior
The perfect position of the PARK HOTEL SUISSE allows its most sporty clients not only to participate at guided visits on the mountain of Portofino but offers also the amenities of 6 tennis courts at 5 minutes by car, and at 3 km the golf court at Rapallo (18 holes) and the horse centre. Numerous and unforgettable excursions by foot accompanied by local naturalistic guides on the paths of the promontory of the mountain of Portofino – S. Rocco, Punta Chiappa, S. Fruttuoso, Portofino Mare, Paraggi; or in the unforgettable hinterland – Portofino Vetta, Nozarego. Santa Margherita Ligure’s Tennis Club disposes of 5 tennis courts with synthetic grass (3 of them polyvalent), one court in beaten earth and private parking place. Rapallo’s golf court, founded in 1931, is visited and appreciated by players of the whole world – not only for its marvellous geographic position (based on the rests of a Cistercian Abbey of Valle Christi – XIII century), but also for its difficulty with natural obstacles which challenge players ability. The Horse Club of Rapallo is situated at Santa Maria del Campo, surrounded by the the green of the valley of river Boate. From the terraces of the 80 rooms of PARK HOTEL SUISSE you can enjoy a spectacular view over the gulf of Tigullio from Portofino to Sestri Levante. All rooms dispose of all comfort and are furnished in original sixties style. The walls are painted in calming bright colours; the material of the curtains is combined with the comfortable beds. The bathrooms, recently renewed, and completely in pottery have got showers or bath tubs. The 14 junior suites, all with magnificent view over the sea, private entrance, wide relax area and living room, offer also a private balcony with direct access to the sun terrace and the swimming pool.

Near our swimming-pool, at the tables of our American-Bar, are served light dishes “à la carte”. On the splendid terrace close to the swimming pool we are serving You cocktails and buffets with music for 180 persons. At the tables on the Veranda Ginevra it’s possible to organize breakfasts for 100 persons. The Restaurant San Gallo can give hospitality to 300 table companions.

Built in 1956 by a Swiss family, the hotel is situated really close to the harbour of Santa Margherita Ligure, in the middle of a green oasis of pines, eucalyptus, magnolias and dominates the bay of the town with its six floors. The marvellous heated sea water swimming pool, which has got the original form of an atoll, and the sunny terraces decorated with flowers, give You the possibility to enjoy one of the most beautiful views over the gulf of Tigullio. The hotel disposes of two restaurants, congress centre, diving centre, sailing club and offers its clients various motor and regatta boats as well as a minibus to facilitate their movements.
