Exterior
This is a modern 24-storey high-rise concrete building, which large letters of Y.W.C.A. on the sides walls, which are visible from Waterloo Road.
Rooms
All rooms are very basic with 2 single beds and basic room facilities like fridge, TV, telephone. The decor is simple, the room condition is good, clean and tidy.Some rooms don't offer private bathrooms.
Restaurant
The restaurant is on the ground floor has a basic set up and serves simple Western, Chinese food and snacks.
