Generally the first impression of a hotel is the lobby, but when i arrived, it is totally different than i thought. and the room is to also small, way too different from the images.
Hotel was centrally placed and only a short distance from underground station and bus stops for services into the centre of the city. reception staff friendly and efficient. room and bathroom clean and tidy. would be happy to make a return visit.
Allocated room on ground floor, amazing view of air condition ducts which came on/off continually through the night. one of the reasons we picked the hotel was because it had a bar, so was disappointed to find the bar was not open on saturday and sunday. waited patiently to check out and was ignored by reception manager who allowed two guests to step forward in front of me because their enquiry was only taking a few seconds. find it hard to believe this hotel is 4*, 3* at best. the plus points would be hotel location to hyde park and the closeness of the nearest tube station.
