This is a modern building.
The rooms are modern and in good condition, as the residence opened in June 2009. All are equipped with telephone, free Wifi internet access, flat-screen TV, safe deposit box, DVD & CD player. The modern bathroom have hair dryer. This property is an apart hotel, thus all rooms have a kitchen area fully equipped.

This is the second time i have stayed at this hotel, and it did not impress me as much as the first time. my room was smaller; when i dropped something on the floor and had to search for it, i found that the floor was a lot dirtier than i had expected; and the pillows, which looked so luxurious, turned out to be rubbery and a bit uncomfortable. the price didn't seem as good as before.
that said, there were many positive things about the room, and the hotel – the staff at the reception desk were very pleasant and helpful, the hotel was quiet, parking was free and the kitchen in each room is a really good feature. my wife, who had not stayed at this hotel before, was very pleased with the room, as were our cousins with theirs.

We had a very warm and pleasant stay at cosy's. the room was large, comfortable and cleaned daily. the breakfast in the morning was fine but hot drinks were very poor.
the location might seem far out but due to the size of lille it is a 10minute walk into town along one road, so not a problem at all.

Super, clean hotel within walking distance of the centre of town. on-site parking was an added bonus.
the buffet continental breakfast was more than adequate, the beds were extremely comfortable and there was no traffic noise.
