I read the reviews before i booked this hotel, so i knew the rooms were small, but i was still shocked when i walked in and saw the minuscule size of the room. having said this, the room was very clean, the bed comfortable and everything we needed was provided. such a shame, i would have liked to give this hotel a really good review, but the size of the room was ridiculous!

It was a very small room with a bed we had to shuffle round. there is little sound proofing. the lift was broken and we had to go up four floors of somewhat narrow staircases. frankly it was claustrophobic and i would not come back by choice. pity as we use best western and have stayed in many better ones than this

Very poor lighting for dressing and make up. wardrobe to small ( not enough height,would not even fit a mans jacket). on the good side. quiet room, good air con,shower good,breakfast good (hot buffet)

Gloucester road tube station in 2 minutes away.straight onto circle & piccadilly lines. museums & harrods walkable waitrose opposite hotel. staff excellent in hotel.
