Hotels click ripped us off

Used hotelsclick to book the hotel - they took our money yet never gave us our reservation. we arrived late at night yet there was no reservation nor did the hotel have rooms. not the hotels fault - hotels clicks fault. then hotels click are trying to get us to prove it when their own provider told us that there was no reservation or rooms. hotels click is a sham
