Già altre volte ho alloggiato a les floridianes. la sua posizione, a due passi dal bd de belges e dall'avenue schumann (università), è ideale. lo standard è semplice ma molto funzionale. la reception è cortese e sempre disponibile. da apprezzare la calma che circonda l'edificio. rispetto alle volte precedenti è di molto migliorato il servizio della colazione. prezzo abbastanza giusto, anche se non proprio modico.

L'hotel si trova in una posizione molto comoda, a due passi dal centro e dalla università. si riposa molto bene e la gestione è caratterizzata da semplicità ed efficiena. i prezzi sono davvero molto favorevoli.

Acceuil très aimable, petit déjeuner très correct hotel proche du centre avec frigo et même de quoi faire la cuisine.en fait les chambres sont des studettes. par contre, hotel un peu vétuste d'où une propreté de la moquette et du canapé laissant à désirer.

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our twin bed studio for the price we paid (150 eur/3 nights). entry with wardrobe, sofa room comfortable, beds conveniently tucked away behind a "japanese" screen, small separate kitchen area with folding dining table and chairs (usable as desk), dishwasher, microwave, el cook plates, two large windows and an enormous bathroom. personally i would not try to sleep two couples, but couple with child would work perfectly well, as tv swivels into bed area. service impeccable. reception multi-lingual. ordinary tv; no dvd or usb plugs. all in all a very enjoyable and money-saving experience (less restaurant expenses)!
