Scam?
Our booking was not honored, and the hotel no longer had the same name. we had prepaid, had a confirmed reservation and had printed out our voucher. i do not know if the breakdown occurred at hotelsclick.com or at expedia but we had to pay for another room and dispute the original charge. buyer beware: the helpline for the us rings in the u.k. and advised to call back on their time, not at all acceptable in a sold out town with one room remaining. the owners of the hotel were accommodating but not willing to give us a room that they had not received funds or a reservation for.
