Homey feel with an uncomfortable bed

I was very much looking forward to my stay in whistler at the westin. as soon as i arrived the people were welcoming and very helpful for information. when i went to check out my room, my first thoughts were a homey feeling and an inviting feeling to relax. it was very cleanly and fresh. the only possible negative thing i could say is that the master bed was not the most comfortable.
