First night allocated the an accessible room while this would be appropriate for a wheel chair user the bathroom, in particular, was not appropriate for me. the television did not work due to not having the correct remote. at my request i was moved to another room the next day, this was done in a polite and efficient manner. the second room was what i expected and in line with previous stays.

Beware! you may not end up here at all. i chose the ramada in hounslow for its location near the airport, near a tube station, and in a town that would give me several choices for dinner and breakfast. when i arrived i was told that they were overbooked and was driven to another hotel several miles away. i was given a hot room without climate control and a restaurant and bar not to my taste. there was no soap at the sink; to wash my hands i had to step into the shower and get shampoo from a dispenser. there was no luggage rack. there was no way to turn on the television, although i managed to find the phone (on the floor) and thus call downstairs for a remote. by the time i got to the hotel, deposited my luggage, and walked over a mile to the nearest restaurant, it was too late to get dinner. the next morning i found myself far from any tube station with no offer of transportation. one local person told me that overbooking and relocation was a frequent practice at this ramada. given that i was put in a significantly lower-level hotel, i suspect that ramada turns a profit by taking full-price reservations for a room its managers can secure for quite a bit less.

Picked this hotel as we had to pick up our daughter from heathrow early in the morning but we also wanted to make the most of our trip and spend a day in the city. we arrived late morning the day before our stay. staff were brilliant and allowed us to book in early as they had a room available. 2 mins walk to the underground and we were in leicester square 40 mins later. continental breakfast was included and sufficient for me but for £5 my husband upgraded to full english.

I booked this hotel as myself and my boyfriend were going to the lady gaga concert at twickenham stadium. quick and easy check in, did have to pay £10 for the car park but its cheaper than a public carpark. nice spacious bedroom with walk in shower in the good sizes bathroom. we had continental breakfast included in the price and it is one of the best continental breakfasts i've had. would stay here again.

Alle mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. die zimmer groß genug ansprechend möbiliert und bis auf den schmuddligen teppichboden sehr sauber. das bad ( mit dusche ) war geräumig nur leider ein bisschen dunkel beleuchtet. das in der buchung enthaltene frühstück (continental) war an cerealien und müsli sehr reichhaltig. tee/kaffee/ war immer frisch,milch und saft wurden ständig nachgefüllt. leider war die auswahl an belag sehr beschränkt ( je 1 sorte wurst und käse) wer das inernationale ( warme ) dazu wollte musste mit 6 pfund ( in meinen augen total überzogen ) tief in die tasche greifen. die tube station ( hounslow central) liegt nur 150meter entfernt und mann ist mit der piccadilly line - fährt in kurzen abständen auch noch spätabends, da zubringer zum flughafen heathrow - den man auch hört ;-) in 20-25 min. mittem im geschehen. im grossen und ganzen kann man sich bei dem preis wirklich nicht beschweren und ich würde immer wieder dort einchecken.

Good clean hotel only about 100 meters from the tube station. we did not find it easy to locate its car park. when we found out how to get into the car park we took the last space as it only hold about 15 cars. you then have to pay £10 per night and if you leave the car park you are not guaranteed a space on your return even through you have paid for a nights parking!!.
