Angenehmes hotel

Waren hier für 5 tage, hatten zimmer im 7. stock zum hof raus was sehr angenehm und ruhig war. zimmer sind sehr sauber, gute betten , bad sehr klein. frühstück war klasse- super buffet mit frisch gebackenem brot, brötchen und hefezopf- große auswahl auch an müsli, marmelade und obst. die rühreier waren sehr gut und immer heiß. was nicht so gut war - der kaffee ...in thermoskannen ist ok aber er wurde scheinbar sehr früh gekocht und schmeckte dementsprechend bitter.der service an der rezeption war ok wenn ich mir auch etwas mehr auskunft gewünscht hätte. wenn der preis stimmt komme ich gerne wieder da das hotel sehr günstig an der u-bahn stelle bülowstrasse und den bushaltestellen liegt. zum kurfürstendamm kann man zu fuß hin alles sehr gut erreichbar.

Mehr als ok

Wir haben das hotel jetzt das zweite mal gebucht und sind immer noch davon überzeugt eine gute wahl getroffen zu haben. das hotel liegt für alle aktivitäten günstig. die zimmer sind sauber, nur das bad ist halt sehr klein. das frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und es sollte für jeden geschmack etwas dabei sein. an der reception sollte sich das personal etwas freundlicher geben und wenigstens so tun als höre man dem gast zu.( defekte fernbedienung die nach drei tagen immer noch nicht ausgetauscht war.) ansonsten sind wir wirklich zufrieden und werden wieder buchen.

Waren wieder sehr zufrieden !

Sind jetzt das vierte mal in diesem haus und es hat uns wieder gefallen. hatten diesmal ein doppelzimmer im 7ten stock. frisch renoviert und sehr geräumig, nur das bad ist recht klein aber ausreichend. das frühstück war für ein 3 sterne haus sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, leider musste man sich um den kaffee immer selber kümmern. beim nächsten mal werden wir dieses günstige hotel wieder aufsuchen!

Für eine städtereise ideales hotel, zimmer einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet, gute betten und sauber. gute u-bahn anbindung, tolles frühstück. freundliches personal, gepäckaufbewahrung, ausdruck einer mail kein problem.

Tolles hotel

Das hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. der preis ist für so schöne zimmer kein bisschen zu hoch. wenn ich das nächste mal in berlin bin komme ich auf jeden fall wieder hierher.

Super hotel !

Das hotel an sich ist echt super und sehr sauber , es liegt nur an einem ehemaligen strich daher laufen dort schon ab 18 - 19 uhr die leicht bekleideten damen rum ! der empfang ist super nett ! das zimmer war sehr sauber , am besten ist das frühstück dort es gibt wirklich für jeden etwas alles frisch zubereitet !

Top-lage, super preis-/leistungsverhältnis

Super frühstück, saubere zimmer, kostenlose parkmöglichkeit direkt gegenüber, nah zur u-bahn, schnelle anbindung an autobahn von südwesten. besonders für autofahrer zu empfehlen.

Good hotel for this money

good hotel, but some things could be better, have fan in the room that, you could close the windows to avoid noises. pillows were bad, it could have been better. very good breakfast. cheap parking. central area of berln.

Consigliato!

Posizione ottima, servita da due linee metro e diverse fermate autobus nei paraggi. reception 24/24h (molto utile nel nostro caso dato che abbiamo effettuato il check out alle 4 del mattino), molto gentili e disponibili. camere confortevoli e pulite.

Wirklich gut für einen städtetrip zu zweit

Gut zu erreichen (von hauptbahnhof aus einmal umsteigen), an der rezeption ging alles schnell, freundlich und ohne probleme. das zimmer war recht klein, aber völlig ausreichend. leider keine abstellmöglichkeiten im badezimmer, sodass alles auf dem boden liegen musste. frühstück sehr gut, genügend auswahl. mehrsprachiges rezeptionspersonal. zimmer sehr sauber. trotz ausblick zur straße hin kein lärm zu hören.

Die zimmer sind in einem sehr gutem zustand, jedoch wird es unterschieden zwischen neubau und noch ältere zimmer. wir hatten dass von vorne hinab telefonisch abgeklärt. das frühstück ist sehr gut. nettes personal. parkmöglichkeiten gibt es kostenlos gegenüber vom hotel. die lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige gehminuten zur u-bahn.

Prima verblijf in aldea novum

Wij hebben 4 nachten verbleven in hotal aldea novum,bulowstrasse, berlijn. onze kamer, werkelijk perfect, vermoedelijk pas gerenoveerd, was perfect. enige bemerking is misschien dat de badkamer aan de kleine kant is, maar alles wat je nodig hebt zit er in met een perfecte douche. wij moesten vanuit het hoofdgebouw via de buitenplaats naar ons hotelgebouw. ontbijt is perfect. ligging is perfect, in de nabijheid van de postdammerplatz en op 150 meter van u bahnstation bulowstrasse.

Reasonable good standard hotel with good location for a short stay in the berlin area. good pricing for the room and standard, location etc. tidy rooms though very small bathroom.. free wifi=good. quiet surroundings in the hotel=good sleeping conditions. reasonable good standard beds, comfort sleeping. very good and high quality breakfast buffe. good parking condition (free of charge option). there should have been an restaurant/bar available within the hotel.

Rooms where clean and comfortable, maid service everyday, good location with easy access to the tube, sometimes it took a while to get drinks and food when in the hotel but generally was good have given business a 0 as i didnt go for this purpose so am unable to give it a rating

Großes älteres hotel in toplage günstig und gut

Wir waren als familie (städtereise) in berlin. das personal an der rezeption ist hilfsbereit und nett. sicherer parkplatz für 9,20€ ok. aufzüge und hausflure sind älter und etwas bedrückend. das zimmer war hell und freundlich, das bad und der fernseher waren sehr klein. mit der s-bahn in 5minuten am ku-damm.

Short stay

I would grade this a 3*. right beside a u-bahn station,though no noise heard when in the room,reasonable breakfast that ran till 10.30am,excellent room from point of size and cleanliness but lacking small touches.there were no individual toiletries,no possibility of a room with a bath,no air-conditioning on a hot stay in april,no info in the room about the city with a map/advice a 'what'son magazine.staff were not friendly or helpful - just the minimum and was a bit of a walk to find good nearby restaurant if you wanted to come back and eat by the hotel.there were a couple of 'ladies of the night'outside but that is common in a lot of city centres nowadays. i think the mattresses were from the old 'eastern days!.
