Mr. praphot issariyakul rooom 3106 date mar.23th-26th, 2010

We spent more than half an hour at the front desk. the front couldn't find our booking and kept on asking the name, company name etc. even we gave her the booking letter which has all details. finally, she found the booking and gave us the key card. when we reached the room, it was wide open and the chinese guests were inside. we went down with the bell boy then she gave the new room. we went up again and the key card couldn't open the door. we waited there and the bell boy went down to correct it. totaly, we spent more than an hour to enter the room. i noticed that most of the clerks are trainee. very few staff can communicate in english. i spent a lot of time to get the airline office phone number and it's wrong. even at the restuarant, it's difficult to have a tea spoon. and the staff took it from the other table and they did the same by taking the soup spoon from my table to the other. the only good thing is the clean room. i think the problems come from the management. they should have better taken care of or they'd better to leave, otherwise it will deteriorate the novotel name.
