Spent amazing days in this hotel, returning for the second consecutive year for our ski holiday. hotel service overall - fabulous, exceptional care. room - big enough, clean, comfortable. food - healthy, good service. spa - excellent, perfect pool, snow room. thank you for making our holiday fantastic.

Very clean, well organized and "feel like home" hotel. provide many services free of charge and at a very good level of quality. swimming pool is very nice, warm and clean, as the whole spa center. staff is very very very polite, warm and kind, ready to assist any time needed, despite the lack of speaking english of some. for children there are many options, such as a fully equiped and whole day manned playground, happenings for kids such as disco parties, balloon parties, magicians etc (during christmas holidays) swimming pool with lifeguard free for the kids, welcome bears for the small kids in the room, etc. the rooms are fully equiped, spacy and warm enough. only the mattress are more than normal soft. generally is a very good hotel, value for money 100% and a place i will visit again for sure.
