Time for a make-over
I have been a regular guest at the izan for a number of years - probably more than 150 visits. i recently had to stay at another hotel in brussels because the izan was full. this opened my eyes to the quality that can be found in brussels and the way in which i had seen little attention to the fabric, furnishings and fittings at the izan over perhaps as much as 10 years. the staff are excellent and friendly. the owners owe it to the staff and their guests to give the hotel a total refresh, repairing broken bathroom fittings and giving carpets and furniture a deep clean at the very least,
