Un hotel qui reste très cher avec des prestations minables. j'ai dormi sur un matelas qui refluait l'urine les taies d'oreiller étaient très très sales.. la restauration mauvaise la piscine.. je préfère ne pas en parler climatisation très bruyante. l'eau coule jaune dans la salle de bain le fait d'etres a cuba n'explique rien de ce coin très pourrit. venez dans cet hotel juste pour venir voir la belle vue et partez vite. allez en casa particulare

Beautifull lokation and grounds. renovation is undergoing, but our room was moldy and smelled.

Vinales if overloaded with homestays and the city center is pretty busy, so la ermita is a good place to stay away from the crowd. great views on the mountains from the tropical rooms. unless the negative reviews about the food, we booked half board as the price difference was minimal. pretty much choice, nothing really fresh. stayed three nights, so basically tried all food they had to offer. food was disappointing, again and again. cuban beer cost 1.25 cuc (cold and good price!). reception staff unmotivated and not willing to do anything. the bar is open till 23.00, but don't expect to be able to order a beer after 22.00. they can make this hotel the best one in town with a good management. be aware that they have just a few 1-hour (2 cuc) wifi cards daily for sale at the reception desk. also the etecsa office in vinales has a limited dialy stock, so be aware. if you have a chance to buy more wifi cards in other cities, make sure you buy them, as they can be used also in other places. positive surprise was that i could connect with wifi from the balcony (although signal was minimal). restaurants located close the hotel are worth for a lunch or dinner.

Nice place with one of the best views of the valley. this hotel's location suited us better than another famous hotel in the area with a view, because it was even possible to walk into the centre without. wonderful views. very good breakfast, though the coffee was too weak - american style.

Horizontes la ermita, liegt herrlich über vinnales. man hat einen tollen blick auf vinnales und das tal. die außenanlagen sind gepflegt und der service an der bar gut. dagegen sind die zimmer einfach schäbig. es ist unsere zweite kuba-reise innerhalb von 12 monaten, aber wir hatten bisher noch nie ein so abgewohntes, ungepflegtes zimmer wie hier. einige beispiele hierzu: toilettensitz fehlt, steckdose neben dem bett hängt aus der wand, die bilder im zimmer fehlen (es sind nur noch die haken in der wand), die klimaanlage läßt sich nur durch das ziehen des steckers ein- bzw. ausschalten, die decke im bad ist komplett verschimmelt usw. man muss hier nicht wohnes es gibt herrliche und günstige casas in vinnales. nur der ausblick entschädigt etwas!
