The overall experience was okay. i was disappointed that the hotel was located on an extremely rocky beach. i could not take my daughter in the water due to the jagged rocks and the sharp drop off to the ocean. i had to pay a cab to take us to the beach. this hotel does not have hot water available all of the time. for first few mornings there, i was able to take a hot shower. however, after a tour bus unloaded a ton of people and they checked in the hotel, i did not have any hot water to shower in the morning. i had to shower at 8 to 9 pm at night to get hot water. also, some of the staff is rude. there was one african cuban female chef that kept telling the other guests and the other workers that i am crazy. she had a serious problem. i did not do anything to her and she was spreading lies and rumors about me to the other guests and workers. she had to be extremely jealous of me. i felt uncomfortable eating in the hotel because i thought she would do something to my food. i don't know how she still has a job working there. i ask that hotelsclick.com please inform the managers at the hotel of her behavior.
